About Us

The Mage-OS Association

A non-profit organization born from community action, formed to safeguard and advance the Magento ecosystem. We are merchants, developers, agencies, and advocates united by a shared mission: ensuring Magento thrives for generations to come.

Our Origin

Built by the Community

From Vision to Reality

In 2021, community leaders came together around a shared concern: the Magento ecosystem needed an independent, community-owned organization to champion its interests and ensure its long-term success.

Global Movement

Merchants, developers, agencies, and stakeholders from over 30 countries came together to ensure the Magento ecosystem has an independent voice.

Community Action

What started as a grassroots movement evolved into a formal organization—the Mage-OS Association—as a permanent home for community-driven development.

A New Chapter

In 2022, the Mage-OS Association was formally incorporated in Poland, ensuring the Magento ecosystem has an independent organization championing its interests.
