Welcome to the Mage-OS Community
All participants of Mage-OS are expected to abide by our Code of Conduct, both online and during in-person events that are hosted and/or associated with Mage-OS.
The Pledge
In the interest of fostering an open and welcoming environment, we pledge to make participation in our project and our community a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, disability, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, level of experience, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.

Behavior that creates a positive environment
Welcoming Language
Using welcoming and inclusive language that makes everyone feel part of the community
Respectful Discussion
Being respectful of differing viewpoints and experiences, even when you disagree
Accepting Feedback
Gracefully accepting constructive criticism and using it to improve
Respecting Pronouns
Referring to people by their preferred pronouns and using gender-neutral pronouns when uncertain
Unacceptable behavior
Harassment
Trolling, insulting/derogatory comments, public or private harassment
Privacy Violations
Publishing others' private information, such as physical or electronic addresses, without explicit permission
Ignoring Boundaries
Not respecting reasonable communication boundaries like "leave me alone" or "I'm not discussing this with you"
Sexual Content
Usage of sexualized language or imagery and unwelcome sexual attention or advances
Inappropriate Language
Swearing, usage of strong or disturbing language, or displaying disturbing content
Political Arguments
Starting and/or participating in arguments related to politics
Discrimination
Assuming or promoting inequality based on age, body size, disability, ethnicity, gender, nationality, race, religion, or sexual orientation
Unprofessional Conduct
Drug promotion, attacking personal tastes, or other conduct inappropriate in a professional setting
Enforcement
We hold the right and responsibility to remove comments or other contributions that are not aligned to this Code of Conduct, or to ban temporarily or permanently any members for behaviors that they deem inappropriate, threatening, offensive, or harmful.
