Released in late 2025, our most feature-rich release to date.
PCI DSS 4.0 Compliance
Enhanced security policies including automatic account deactivation and strengthened authentication.
AI-Powered Translation
Automatic translation via DeepL, OpenAI, or Google Gemini for products, categories, and CMS content.
Inventory Reservations Grid
Direct visibility and management of stock reservations in the admin panel.
Meta Robots Control
Fine-grained NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW, and NOARCHIVE settings per page for better SEO.
PageBuilder Enhancements
CMS Widget support with live previews and import/export capabilities.
Theme Optimization
Back/forward cache support, speculative preloading, and smooth page transitions.
PHP 8.4 Support
Full compatibility with the latest PHP version for improved performance and features.
2026 Roadmap
Our development priorities are shaped by community input through weekly tech meetings, GitHub discussions, and member voting.
Q1 2026 (January - March)
Mage-OS 2.1-2.4 - Minor releases incorporating upstream security patches. Plus continued Lab module evaluations, developer experience improvements, and documentation expansion.
Q2 2026 (April - June)
Mage-OS 3.0 - Next major release aligned with Magento feature release. New community-driven features from the Mage-OS Lab and system requirement updates as needed.
Q3-Q4 2026 (July - December)
Ongoing security patch releases, additional Lab module graduations, ecosystem integrations and partner tooling, and community growth initiatives.
Security Patch Schedule
Starting in 2026, Adobe releases security patches on the second Tuesday of each month

Mage-OS Response: Minor version release within days
Critical Vulnerability
Mage-OS Response: Emergency patch as needed
